The Play to Train team-let’s start from Rome

In the context of “Play to Train” project, the second meeting was held in capital city of Italy: Rome. In the amazing and ancient framework of the Ancient Appia street, 30 people among mentors, managers, volunteers, coaches, trainers, from three countries (Italy, Slovenia and Bulgaria) met to start their path concerning gender equality through increasing female coaching.

The agenda of the three days was full, among presentation, workshops, networking and group working to plan what is next. The meeting started with an introduction of the team and the contents of the project. To set the team it was very important to present the objectives of the project and the path foreseen but also to understand the expectations of the participants and their needs.

Good practices collected by the partners in the previous period were presented to the participants and their tools used to give important inputs to the participants, in particular participants were introduced to the SCORE project and its toolkit.

The presentation of practices and tools opened the road for the team to start their planning for local activities. Participants, divided in working groups, and the results were presented in the last session of the last day. 4 proposals emerged from the meeting and we cannot wait to see how the activities will be implemented and what will be their impact….Stay tuned to and follow the activity to see what will happen and how to be involved….
